  • What are your business hours?+

    We're open every day from 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM, including weekends and holidays. Call (279) 465-7110 to schedule service or for an immediate dispatch.

  • Are you licensed and insured?+

    Yes. Sam 24/7 Locksmith Services is fully licensed (License #LOC7580), bonded, and insured in California. Every technician is background-checked and ID-badged.

  • How fast can you arrive for a lockout?+

    Our average on-site arrival time in the Sacramento metro area is 15–30 min. Exact ETA depends on traffic and your location — we'll give you a real time estimate on the call.

  • How much does a typical locksmith service cost?+

    Pricing depends on the service, hardware, and time of day. Standard residential lockouts start at a flat service-call rate; rekeys are priced per cylinder. We always quote you on the phone before dispatch — no surprise fees on arrival.

  • What areas do you serve?+

    We serve Sacramento and the surrounding metro area, including Elk Grove, Roseville, Folsom, Citrus Heights, Rancho Cordova, Carmichael, West Sacramento, and nearby communities.

  • Do you work on both homes and businesses?+

    Yes. We handle residential locksmith work (lockouts, rekeys, deadbolts, smart locks) and commercial work (master key systems, access control, panic bars, high-security locks).

  • Can you make a key without the original?+

    In most cases, yes. We cut keys by code or by impression for standard residential and commercial locks. For high-security or restricted keyways, additional verification may be required.

  • Do you install smart locks?+

    Yes. We install and configure smart locks from major brands (August, Yale, Schlage Encode, Kwikset Halo, and more), including Wi-Fi setup and integration with your existing smart-home system.

  • What payment methods do you accept?+

    Cash, all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Commercial accounts can be invoiced on terms.

  • Do you offer a warranty?+

    Yes — every job carries a workmanship guarantee on parts and labor. If something we installed fails, we come back and make it right.
